Administration Screen:

A comprehensive control screen for the cashier point,
restaurant, and branches as follows:

1- The main menu includes the following:

  • Manage all branches from one place and control each branch if available, and open multiple branches under one administration.
  • Define item categories (item groups).
  • Add a new item to the menu if available at one of the branches and determine its prices.
  • Add flavours for each item (category) if available and determine if it is free or paid.
  • Add promotions according to their type (price, quantity, free item) in one branch or multiple branches.
  • Add types of discounts if available and link them to the eligible categories.
  • Define types of taxes and link them to items according to each item’s tax.
  • Define currencies and add them if necessary.
  • Determine payment methods if there are multiple methods and define delivery companies.

2- User management: 

  • Define user groups (cashier, waiter, manager…).
  • Define the username and the group it belongs to.
  • Assign independent permissions for each user.

3- Reports:

  • Stay informed with comprehensive sales reports and any activity in all branches.
  • Allows you to view sales reports of selected item categories and their activity in any branch.
